What is the opposite of FLUSH production?

I was waiting to see these types of reports come out.

Apparently gas demand is a heck of allot more elastic than people think. Okay Residential and Commercial heating are not going to change much, but I guess non-IPP industrial demand dropped like a rock.

What type of coincidence is it that manufacturing and consumer sentiment tanked over the two coldest months on record (I believe) November/December with NG prices going through the roof?

Earlier today, MWD had the same conclusion from their group of reporting companies.
4Q production appears to be DOWN 1.2% from 3Q2000.
