Russian official says 40 new gold mines to be launched by 2015 Moscow--Jan. 30--Russia will launch about 40 new gold mines by 2015, whose annual output would equal the current Russian gold production, Chairman of the State Depository for Precious Metals (Gokhran) Valery Rudakov said Tuesday.
