Jim, You only "think" you can regulate growth in Colorado. I never said anything about regulating growth in Colorado. I said that Boulder County has bought a lot of farm land and turned it into parks, to maintain buffers between the cities, and avoid the Silicon valley syndrome. This effort was started 30 years ago by a woman who now serves on the city council of Los Altos Hills, California. Why do you misquote me all the time? Scumbria
