Mucho,

There is no confusion unless you want it to be confusing. The earnings statement is clean and reflects reserves for taxes so earnings are not overstated. Your issue is with cash flows and Cisco gets a benefit - that is true - but I don't see how this should be read as a negative for the company... unless you're arguing (as John and I have been discussing) that a reduced amount of exercising will impact cash flows and subsequently the ability of the company to do business. If that's your argument then it's my belief that this is a leap of faith since none of us have yet to see Cisco operate in such an environment.
