Its all just talk though. You gotta look at what people are ACTAULLY doing with their money. Rydex ratios are at 90% bulls and p/c are still a complacent .61. As heinz has said, it would be very hard to put together a sustained rally with the bulls this complacent. Although we still may pop for a day.

true, if it's a widespread opinion. it isn't according to the positioning measures, but i won't rule it out entirely.
