I agree with you Northspoon. I find my best trading friend is my journal. I am more interested in analyzing my habits than each trade though. For every trade, I try to figure out what went wrong, and then I try to look for common denominators in my losing trades. I can then find which trades work for me, and which don't on a more consistent basis, for whatever reason. Trading has to be personalized I think, for it to be consistent.
