You're going to find unhappy people no matter where you go; no product is perfect. I am sure there are unhappy users of MBTRading as well. I've been using CyberCorp for about 15 months now and am happy with it; though there have been some minor problems, just like with anything else. Selecting a direct access software package is choosing the lesser of all the evils.

By ALL means, look at MB Trading. That is where I am headed. They are FAR more couteous and professional than
Cybercorp. Also, their software works, because they don't
mess with success. Cybercorp thinks it has to keep
"improving"...but only succeeds in adding more and more
needless bells and whistles that work about 50% of the time.
And they fail to fix those things in "updates". In fact, they are usually unaware of the bugs until traders tell them
and then they try to act like the bugs are "no big deal".
They must not do thorough testing on new releases...heh, why should they? They can let the traders do their testing
for free...free for them, that is...costly to the trader.
