Nah. Both of you haven't learned "Democrat Speak" yet. Don't you know that to cut taxes is to be a big "spender" now.. you are SPENDING The People's money.

As in "My opponent will SPEND the surplus on a tax cut for the RICH. I want to fight for YOU."

See, for the government to raise your taxes is to "save". For them to cut your taxes is to" SPEND" The People's money.

As I sit here in my frigid little condo, I am warmed by knowing that so many are fighting for all of my brothers and sisters by refusing to SPEND all of our money on a TAX CUT for people like me.

"Anytime you have a forecast for a higher surplus, that makes higher spending, an additional tax cut easier to do," said Sen. Kent Conrad of North Dakota, top Democrat on the Senate Budget Committee.

He meant it exactly the way he said it.
