one thing i dont get...

why go nuts with the press releases about listening to the cc if your going to warn that future earnings this year will be a lot lower...i just dont understand...my dead dog could do a better marketing job

3. Special design for video over ADSL. Hmmmm ...This is for a carrier that will be planning to offer service. Sound like a way to do hyper speeds on ADSL without migrating hardware over to VDSL.

That fits in perfectly with the recent ruling by the FCC that came out because of a complaint by RTHM where the RBOCs have to share fiber the same as they do copper. It get the CLECs into the neighborhoods well beyond the CO.
