I own VSEA and have done so since it first went public on April 2, 1999. For many years, I have known Richard 'Dick' Aurelio the CEO and President of VSEA. I have even traveled and dinned with him on business. Today, I find him to be a horses ass who I believe is hell bent on a course of self-destruction using company resources for some personal vendetta. Unfortunately for him he should have known better than to pick a fight with me as I have all the resources required to provide one helluva reply and make him wish he didn't harass me and my family.

ACLS, on the other hand has no SLAPP lawsuit & is not accused of secretly videotaping its employees and customers using it's bathrooms. As I said, I own a significant amount of ACLS stock mainly because I understand this business and think it is a far better company than VSEA and a safer investment.
