toddy, I got my Microsoft Office Professional 2000 in 4 days...I would immediately email tbuck and find out where the package was sent...Did you buy it from Tbuck or Butch? I paid on credit card through Paypal..If you pay by personal check, I believe it takes a couple of weeks, since Tbuck needs to make sure you really have money...Mine was wrapped in the original packaging, sent to my home address, and works fine...It was the best deal I have ever encountered in the software arena...99.95 + 7.00 shipping....(550.00 value) Regards, Mark P.S.
