I think I tend to agree with the author - or at least some people he cites. The Fed is taking the speculation out of the markets, in the long run that's bad.

Greenspan is really playing favorites with investors. He's rewarding dumb, buy-at-any price behavior and punishing the value players.

The more he plays games with the market, the worse the eventual pain imho.
