Ted, 1. Yes another hi-tech company. Focussed on System On Chip ASICs. We are going to leverage low cost off-shore design talent to lower cost of SOC. www.forasic.com is the web-site in progress. 2. San Diego Nope, tempting though. We are looking hard at moraga/orinda area. Good schools and slightly cheaper than valley for real estate. 3. Overall market. I am simply confused.
