the shift in weighting within gorilla-gaming we might see in the coming year.

In an earlier post I reported on a book that suggested we might see a drying up of venture capital to the detriment of young companies and to the advantage of established market leaders. Moore's report kind of reinforces that idea. A company like QCOM or INTC, with their financial resources, will be able to improve their market share if the economic downturn continues and they can buy new technology cheaper at the same time. CSCO should be an interest company to watch this year to see if their investments in new technologies increases as IPO money become scarce. Another tip off would be an increase in the sales efforts and staffing of these companies.
If this does occur the stocks that lead the way up this year may be the Silverbacks?
