OT - Analysts really got skewered on "60 Minutes II" tonight. A former analyst from DLJ spoke out after turning down $400,000 in "hush money" when he was fired from that firm. He candidly talked about how analysts are told "not to say anything bad", and how they rarely ever issue SELL signals. It was a good segment.

Just a thought about the top line that so many seem to be concerned about.

I would suggest that had not LEXR infringed upon
SNDK's patents that it's sales or a great portion
would have gone to SNDK. Credit for these sales
should be factored in when evaluating the OEM market.

Further could it be that Eli knows that LEXR will
be dumping it's remaining inventory and has thus
forecasted a flat first half.
