Kevin, I think that the only difference in our opinions is by a week or two. I also think that the interest rate relief is mostly in the market short of a reduction by more than .5%, which I am not expecting. The sell on th news after this afternoon announcement, IMHO, will lead directly into your scenario rater then cause a visit to the 2500-3700 area. Os course, a close above 3050 in the next few days (which I view as unlikely) might create the explosion you are seeing. Zeev
