Hi Bill, The tech small and midcap bargains have had a nice run for the last three weeks. There doesn't seem to be any screaming bargains to buy or use in the February SI stock contest. We might get to 3000 on the Naz if the large cap high PE fund stocks start moving, then sideways. I question if the DOW can break out of its sideways channel. Again it might today. It will probably try again today. I'll have a better feel for the market after the first hour. The international markets were mixed. Skeet
