To GZ & MAG, Please - the use of PROF-150ANITY must be minimized. I'm admittedly tunneled visioned - but I can back it up with a great walkaround. Silverado and Sierra are the Technologically best trucks in the market.The are also the safest - they are the only full size trucks in the world with 4 wheel disc brakes - antilock of course. When the new truck came out our parts department ordered all the sheet metal for our bodyshop.In the first few months all we sold were rear bumpers and tailgates - they stop so much faster people couldn't slow down fast enough. Then the Texans started crashing the ditches and things became normal again.<grin> Bob

Right, the 4-door extended cab may be my next pick, with a short bed if I can get it... I had the regular cab, short bed, I don't need the long bed... I just took what they had on the lot last time because I wanted one immediately... I walked into the dealer, test drove the F150 and told them if they wanted to cut a deal with me then they'll need to get the F150 ready within 20 minutes... they were ready in about 15 minutes and I drove it home... now, I'll be selective in color and all the other great things about that model... I loved the sound system... we have a Bose system the Corvette, but it sucks compared to the F150 pick-up... my wife is jealous since she drives the vette and I take the pick-up... she likes driving the vette but she loved the sound system I had in the F150.....<g> GZ
