When you type that long command in the box is there supposed to be a space between EXE and user (the first EXE in the command)? In mark's it looks like he has a space there and on yours they are on different lines so I couldn't differentiate.

PW, I just pasted your command and the shortcut works. Thanks! Now I worry: I've saved a few seconds shutting down [since I'm retired this makes no difference], but - before shutting down - did the puter check to see all the lights were turned off and the doors were locked? There must be a reason normal shut down takes longer.
