CNBC should take responsibility for any false information they passed out.

And, we should take responsibility for any losses that we may have incurred for believing what we KNEW was pure hype (see previous posts from the "glory days" right here on this subject line). We (that means you and I) encouraged the hype by watching the channel and by supporting their sponsors. We told them what to broadcast, and they did.

If people don't take time to read serious financial information, and put all their faith in what they know (or, should know) is populist pap, geared towards a 20-something with more money than sense, then perhaps the blame should be more equally spread.

Joe K., you have an eye for the surreal. Think about it. We as a society busted a 14 year old kid for pumping on a FRICKEN chat board and these guys are living in the Hamptons. What's the real message there Joe? I have an eye for surreal too but I think even Fellini and Dali would have trouble with that one.

Ted David, when Ruckheyser is on tell him he has no balls unless he brings Gail Dudack back on his show and publicly apologises.

I'm on a mission here.

I do turn the mute button off when the red head comes on. She's so perky. I think her and Howard Stern will play good together when you start having him on as guest host.

Hey how about Dennis Miller. His monday night football gig is over. He would boost ratings.
