Speed is relative

The reason you won't find the indicator you're looking for is because speed from a pivot point is determined relative to the speed prior to the pivot point and doesn't exist in a vacuum. The speed of a ball thrown from a moving object is different relative to that moving object than it is to the stationary environment.

Yes, it seems like the only way that I finally solved the speed problem is to make the swing charts first, and use the pivots. I will take MechanicalMethod's post and see if it can be morphed into something useful.

As for the magazines...we get are getting good press, but of course, it has its drawbacks, as you have seen here.
