I don't like lying, and I am not changing my tune. If the lies are bad, then I will CHANGE MY MIND about him.

Problem is that someone on a chat board (you) saying that he lied about Jude White does not tell me what the lies are.

What SPECIFICALLY has he lied about? Please give the jist of it at least, THEN I can analyze it. Your statements thus far are very typical of the dem party imo. Make and assertion (whether true or false) and many will believe. Make it about a republican and almost all dems will believe.

Again, what lies SPECIFICALLY?

Based on the single opinion of Judge White in the case which Ashcroft complained of I would not confirm White. That opinion spoke volumes about where White's head is. The idea that any error is fatal to the prosecution is not one I can support. I think the opinion stood for itself and was enough to disqualify White. I have seen no evidence of Ashcroft mischaracterizing White.
