Goodwill on balance sheet is a different beast.. Check out last quarterly numbers and balance sheet of HLIT and you will see that these guys show a equity of 1.6 billion but over 1.5 billion of good will on asset side.. Pretty shaky balance sheet.. With LMNE I was referring to balance sheet. Under "current assets" they list $341.165M in goodwill, almost half their total assets. I don't really know the company but was just trying to answer a question. Then, as usual, once I started comparing I became more interested. . . Pat
