True enough. The BKX would likely stand to gain the most from a .75 and it has rallied hard. Makes sense that some are placing their bets here.

Greenspan is a gradualist. As long as the market is stable he will
not lower the interest rate more than he has to. No more than 50 bp
decrease. If the economy is the market, then keep your eyes on
the market. If a 50 bp drop leads to a broad sell off and we are in danger
of undercutting the previous lows the FED will take additional action.
