They didn't even issue a press release that I can find. Glad I sold some time ago, and sorry to those who still hold. I think management did you all in with the "everything is OK" while they were selling and then issued a warning less than 2 weeks later. Shareholder suits are guaranteed. (No, I am not advocating the suits, they only reward the lawyers, but they will be filed, be certain of it.)
