Brokerages, quote servers and even message boards tend to go offline when the FED makes a move one way or another . . .or there is some other factor that moves the markets in a big way.

Tech stocks faking and dodging one way, then the other.

Larry Kudlow...says that there is talk of lowering the
capital gains rate to maybe 18-20%....Now,,I go for that.

Bought DIGL yesterday for earning play(always good), should see some analyst upgrade today, similair to NUFO yesterday.
