I also think the real reason INSP traded GNET stock for INSP stock was that they wanted and needed the cash we had....I think RUSS could have used that money better.....but sold out instead...

IMO

As far as I know Horowitz still owns most of his shares.....a few weeks back he almost took over so why would he be selling...what he does now tells the tale....is there a site that gives insider selling that is only days old?

IF Russ is unhappy with INSP now...why did he not check it out before he sold us all out....??

I really can't answer that...maybe he was taken in by Jain's irrational exuberance, and hoped that the merger would prop up GNET's stock price. At the time, most of the portals were on the hurting side.

Russell might have thought "Any port in a storm" when he teamed up with Jain, hoping this would be the right move to strengthen both INSP and GNET. Who knows??? Unfortunately no one has bothered to call me to fill me in on the gorey details.
