Of course if the rumored price was 48-50 folks would be much more interested. When Fore systems was taken out it was the kind of premium as mentioned for lsi(38-40) and many holders were not happy. I would take the 15 points and look to put the proceeds in a comprable stock.

If that is what Wilf wants, he has earned it the old-fashioned way IMO. He does not appear to want to go away though and I am happy with that.
