McMinn did say "Covd is independant" (in my words). So you could read into that, that COVD is not looking for a buyer.

Lots of profit taking, it will hold price down for a while, once it hits $7-$8 range short timers will be limited daytraders. Until then lots of bounce IMHO. UTCC and RTHM also doing well.
