yes, but read the last sentence...they clearly have an easing bias. i expect rates to come down a LOT more, unless inflation unexpectedly turns up sharply...and even then, they will rather fight the slowdown than inflation imo, especially as inflation itself is more of a lagging indicator. little chance of it becoming endemic on the eve of the k-winter anyway.

note the U-shaped yield curve...it predicts FF rates will drop to 2,5-3%.
