Tim,

If layoffs and downsizing keep up as is now being reported on a daily basis, who will invest in the overpriced stocks of companies whose businesses are slowing? It doesn't make sense. People out of work will not be contributing to their 401K funds.....the source of a lot of investment dollars.

I wonder if distributions will pick up again?
