Of course, I meant that in the context of the indigent refusing to use birth control or select sterilization after having a life threatening pregnancy. Rape is another matter entirely. I support abortion and federal funding(if needed) of abortion for rape victims. My point was the person who becomes pregnant a second, third or fourth etc time after having an abortion to save their own life is obviously mentally unstable. My comment about only once was somewhat tongue in cheek.
