It actually looks like it's "basing" right in here....which is a good thing. Most stocks wont rise for good until a period of basing has occured. Hopefully sndk is doing just that....that would bode well for the future and indicate that there may not be a whole lot of downside left assuming the naz doesn't collapse....any better TA experts wish to take a gander........is sndk basing? or is she poised to head lower....or higher<ggg>

SNDK has some anti-take-over requirement in place if the stock price stays below a certain value. Maybe SNDK and ELI made up that inventory gobadly-goo in order to stall for time. If I recall, the pre-spilt price was around $ 65.00 (~$32 post split)

Binx-Just making useless speculation.

Lucent dazzled by AMD Flash
By: Tony Smith

Lucent will buy AMD Flash memory parts for the next three years, the company said today.

Actually, it didn't - AMD did, part of the chip maker's plan to convince the world it's the number one choice for non-volatile memory products.

The deal was described by both parties as "strategic", but it's by no means an exclusive arrangement - Lucent is simply signing AMD to supply a "significant portion" (ie. not all) of its Flash needs.

AMD announced a similar deal with Palm a little while back. Palm will take lots of Flash chips from AMD, but - again - by no means will the chip maker meet all its needs.

Flash memory was, of course, in short supply through 2000, though not as hard to find as small-size LCD modules. ®

John, not a t/a guy at all, but I bought ARBA after it stablized, and ran it up (sold too quick, though). SNDK sure looks stable now. If we (NAZ) can only break even through first quarter, I doubt SNDK would go too far below $30. Big IF, though!
