Yup, a blind trust infers a financial arrangement in which a people avoid a possible conflict of interest by relegating his or her financial affairs to a fiduciary who has sole discretion as to their management and this person choosing the trust also gives up the right to information regarding the status of the assets. However, how does having money in a blind trust require that a third party purchase the property?
