hi Heinz,

do you think redspam could inflate into hyperinflation?

was the money supply increased about 20% last year?

if so, what if they decided to increase it 100%, 1000%, etc., before it collapsed?

is there any chance of that happening?

i mean, how much further will they be willing to go with this money creation?

thanks in advance,
Andy

it would be, yes. i didn't know they had done that? i was aware they bought some at a BoE auction, but was under the impression it was only very little compared to their grand total hedge. i know GOLD covered its entire hedge book that time.

anyway, we had lease rates soaring that time...that makes forward selling unprofitable, and that may have forced their hand a bit.
