Hi George,

I do not know if there are a lot of domestic small caps that are cheap. Your idea of looking at foreign small caps is a good idea if you have a good management team, since one can get some protection from a falling $.

George, there are already a good number of domestic small caps selling under book, some of them at "cash". Hey there is even a domestic big cap selling under book (T), but some people think it will end up like XRX (I don't, but I think you should be able to get it again under $20...).
