It's main business is selling Fixed Satellite Services, and Satellite Manufacturing.. If LORAL did not take the business.. Someone else would have! I can't wait to see what happens when the company that would buy GLP and claim the Gateways (with the aid of a US Judge) Show up in France to take claim of the TESAM's Gateway which is installed on French soil, and bought and paid for with French Francs (pre-Euros)... Every SEC statement ever filed states.. "Globalstar owns and operates a satellite constellation that forms the backbone of a global telecommunications network designed to serve virtually every populated area of the world." <snip> "Gateways owned and operated by Globalstar service providers then connect customer calls through the existing public telephone network." It does not state that it owns any installed Gateways, or any regulatory approvals!! Believe me...I can understand the "bondholders" dismay at the "corporate structure" of The Globalstar System.. However, only one portion of The Globalstar System is provided by GLP.. And that is the Satellites and the SOCC, etc.!! If you don't believe me.. Go ask a .... Well you know!! Like I have stated.. It was designed to be this way!!! Because it is VALUELESS.. without everyone working together! Qualcomm, Loral, SP's etc.. It is Brilliant!!! <BLS has butchered this project beyond salvaging. The SP's through neglect or design - makes no difference - have seen to Gs demise in current form.> Ahh! Yes.. What do they say.. Buy!! When it appears that all hope is gone!! When things are the darkest.. The show has been a good one.. Even the bondholders are in "despair"!! It's VAlUELESS!! As everyone can see!! BONDHOLDERS will lose it all!! Bottom of the Ninth.. 2 out.. No one on Base.. With the score!! Longs 0 - Shorts 14... BLS will be out of G soon enough!! And if you want to get rid of your bonds for 5 cents on the dollar..
