MM, I don't think I'm neglecting them. I do think however that lowered rates lowers the cost of debt which improves fundamentals. I also believe that lowered taxes improves investments and improves sales by improving consumer confidence. I also believe that lower rates produces a disincentive for fixed instruments and an incentive for equities. I also believe that much (perhaps not all) of the froth in the market has been taken out. All in all I think I'd rather be in cash than fight the fed.... expecting things to get significantly worse - although possible - is not likely in this environment. Yes, we could see a retest but nothing more than that... OG
