thanks for the link. Interesting statement about equipment. Say the ILEC has a sonet mux at a major customer location. This seems to say that the ILEC will need to share the location....including access to the mux. Pretty amazing stuff. It seems like the devil may be lurking in the details. For instance I wonder how the tarriff rates will be set?
