I think you would agree that Clinton needs all the privacy in his privacy in the office he can get <g>.

PS: with the way space is utilized in Manhattan, 8300 sf would be used by probably 40 people, if not more

Do you suppose that it is possible that Clinton may hire more people that are beyond the staff allowance ?

The law that defines presidential office support originated when Eisenhower left office in the 50's. It includes an allowance for carbon paper but not for photocopies.

Do you suppose the law is a little out of date ?

I thought you were in real estate? Eighty three hundred is a small square footage.....and did you forget the secret service...they have to be housed.
