And justice will never be served. People need to take responsibility for their actions. That means investors. It was CRYSTAL CLEAR that SGA Goldstar was full of it. But this kind of thing still happpens all the time. The issue isnt one of a small disclosure, but rather the get rich quick, something for nothing attitude that neophytes who would buy such trash tend to have. This does not mean the crooks should not be punished, but the real responsibility lies with the folks who bought the stock. Without them, none of this would have been significant.
