Can you translate it for us?

Zeev, it depends on what your definition is for short and long term. When we were tanking late last year, I emailed him and asked him what he thought would happen when the fed lowered rates. His answer was he wouldn't be surprised if the market rallied more than 30%, but after that we were going down. He won't tell you we are going down in the next seven days, but he thinks we go down hard. He thinks way too much capacity has been built up in tech and with many stocks (he particularly picks on large cap tech) selling at a far greater multiple than their long term growth rates (future, not past) the stock prices can't be sustained.

BTW, you are anything but dumb. You often can't read Rap one day and get much out of it other than he is a growling bear.
