I think you have the situation backwards. Mani did not break the rules that existed at the time. He followed the rules that existed at the time, but missed updating the thread header with the newer rules.

I really wish that you dropped this. Posting here is not a right. It is a privilege. I think Mani should have enough latitude to kick an @$$ out without burdening the thread with OT BS like you are doing right now.
