Regarding Bolt Energy BLT ,odds are that they will entertain offers or solicit a merger.
Want to point out that Ray Chiarella who is top gun at Bolt has 2.3 million shares or options. Now why would he not want to liquidate at this stage?Seems pretty pointless for him not to.Assuming a transaction occurs at $1.90 he would make stand to earn almost $2 million within a few months.
He would have to work as a CEO with Bolt for an additional 15 years to make the same amount.
Also noticed that Leif Snethun is on board of directors.
Mr. Snethun was formerly with Scorpion Energy which was recapitalized by ARC energy and reborn as Gauntlet Energy.
Gauntlet is trading at its 52 week high. Perhaps they might be interested in making a deal?
The IPO on BOLT was at $1.00 in June of 1997.Stock is trading at $1.10 4 years later?
Pretty shabby returns.Look for a deal within 3 months.
