Once again, you have made my case for me.

If the worker can't be trusted for any action resulting from independent thinking, sounds to me like your training manuals need overhauling. (Hint: It's a management problem, not a labor problem.) Better yet, throw away your training manuals and bring in some people who have the ability to train properly.

Also, if German workers are the world's best, then why are German automakers building new plants in the United States instead of Germany?
