Way to Go!!!!! All the best with your new Harley...<g> they are beautiful, that's for sure..... I told you one of my neighbors just recently won a Harley in a raffle... I'll look at those other models you suggested..... Caution on the short side, we could work lower, but not for very long..... 4 out of the past 6 rate cuts saw a 30% market rally... the other two times we were entering a severe economic downturn... I don't think this is one of those economic downturns, just keep your eye on mortgage rates, they will soon be ticking higher, not lower.....<g> Best Regards, GZ
