Rick, thanks for the post and pick (VNTR) I will take a look. Since I moved out of Boston, I haven't been to the gym, so I took my first gym day today and I do mean "day". Its was almost an hour travel time each way.

Anyway on the big picture, I can see massive new building of large high tech offices going up by the day (multi-million dollar buildings in the Boston area ( 128 & 93) yet daily lay-off of people by the hundreds. I can't quite get a handle on it yet, it will be interesting to see tomorrows unemployment figures. It looks to me as if Greenspan got worried that the working class was making money in the markets and shut them down with some rate hikes, now that the working class is back to work and not in danger of making money the way the rich cats do, is cutting the rates having taken the air out of the markets.
