KevinMark, when looking for direction, it is important to
look at the forest and not the trees.

I see powerful forces pushing this market up:

a)1st and foremost a 2 - 5 TRILLION Surplus .Cash is King.
It's more than enough to cover any debts, any sins;
just a question of when .

b)A tax cut, money, in consumer pockets

c)Fed rate cuts, more money in their pockets.

d)A President with a Harvard MBA,( a 1st in a Prez )
who at least was taught the rudimentary elements of
balancing a checkbook, The Nation; few/no previous Prez had
that; which is why we have a giant debt.
Furthemore this Prez is said to be parsimonious ,
ie we are not going to get Another Big Uncle Sam Program
to save us from a million ills that affect us..

e)Essentially most are working. Those laid off will barely
be able to fill the help wanted ads.

f)New DOJ/Ashcroft will cut tape and increase deregulation

g)50 years of Democratic Congressional control of Tax and Spend
has come to an end.

I am simply tickled pink.

Advice: Look for a market uptick when the first trillion hits the tape

<they are always in the know>I believe that you will find that the big players are not always in the know. They and others just think that they are. That is all it takes to create the illusion of omnipotence.Do you think JPMorgan did not loose alot in the depression, ditto for the partners of Goldman Sachs and many other "big players of the 20's.

Kevin, CSCO broke $36, do you still think we are going to 3500 on the Naz before we go back down to the 2200/2300 area? I thought that was one of your trigger points.
