susan...I've herd so many negatives regarding market orders...over a year ago, had contrustive debate on this issue...I tend to go with market orders utilizing non-direct access brokers with tons of liquididty,,,when i want to swing..

direct access,,,,not a chance,,,they will have you for lunch...

90% of my orders are market orders....
i'd say 99% of mine are limit - usually do the buy on a dip thingy - maybe i need to change my strategy? - C26
