A few years ago, Microsoft employees began sporting buttons with FYIV printed on them. The letters stand for "Fuck You, I'm Vested". Human nature, being what it is, the hungry, frightened, and greedy will usually outperform the the wealthy, comfortable, and complacent. Managing an entire workforce of multi-millionaires has some unique challenges: They're closer to being volunteers. It appears CSCO is doing quite well at this.

It looks like both sides of the debate on this thread has introduced points worth consideration. This is what keeps investing interesting.
